From the tip of the toes of my legs to hairs on the top of my head, I remain always sensitive n concerned about the well being of my person. Thousands of megabites of data from millions of cells and the five sensory organs are processed, encoded and decoded for me to take decisions. My body is a complex organisation. As I understand, the word organisation, made up of parts which are dependant on each I other, is derived from the word organism, a living entity. Organisms coming coming together and/or connected with organs form ‘organisation’. Organisation is not an abstract business term, just as a production n profit making place, but a definite indication of vibrant life, like my body.
I realise the greatest strength of any organisation is it’s in-built trust. Like the trust we repose on all members of our body. We simply trust the food eaten will be digested well at the predestined time n place and, the heart will continue to beat without our insisting for it. However, for health and well being, I know, the right food has to be provided to the body. And, food is not simply those semi liquid thing we swallow down the mouth, but all sorts of subtle energies we allow into our ‘being’ thru the five sensory organs, which, all put together, make up our life n personality.
I know, if I could look after my body well, I can extend my skill to the immediate environment – my family, neighbourhood and the place of my work – bigger organisations.
Trust, tolerance, concern for all, mutual respect and recognition, collective responsibility, all come naturally for an organisation which comprises of people with healthy body and mind. Rest certainly follows.
I realise the responsibility of keeping myself – my body, mind and soul, properly master-checked for doing better and better things in life.
